This position is open to US citizens and requires a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation. The position requires:
- 8 years of relevant and related experience are required, or 5 years and a Masters Degree
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Candidates with prior DoD experience with be given preference
Support Program Manager in planning and leading major information technology assignments and projects. Possess and apply knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend changes affecting project growth and success. Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Level V performs the most complex independent thinking, tasks, and supervise others.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Manage large team with managers and team leads as direct reports. Manage SLA reporting, status reporting, financial reports and reconciliations, and performance to service level agreements (SLA) within federal requirements including but not limited to FISMA / NIST, OMB 130-A, Privacy Act, HIPAA, FAR, DoD standards, and DoD agency standards.
