Federal Background Investigation Required: Tier 2 (T2)

IT Security Designation: ADP/IT II

Functional Responsibility: The Senior VTC Technician is responsible for daily management off-site VTC and Conference Room systems such as scheduling VTC with external sites, problem resolution, and configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences. Performs video capturing and transfers video to a media streaming server. Performs operations and troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to the appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system. Performs routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment computer servers and workstations operate at optimal performance and capacity.  Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II. 

Relevant Experience: Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.

IA Technical/Management Designation: IAT II and CE

      • Security+ CE
      • SSCP
    • Computing Environment (CE)
      • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

      • Oracle 10G DBA
