Functional Responsibility: Change Management Specialist - Level II is responsible for the daily operations of the change control management planning. Assists and reviews identification of change, impact analysis of change, documentation of change, presentation of change to the Change Control Board, record status of Change Control Board decision, communication to stakeholders and records status of approved change. This position also assists with operation of the program support library.

Relevant Experience: Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.

IA Technical/Management Designation: IAM II

Certifications Required (at least one):
- IAM-II
  - CISSP (or Associate)
  - CISM
  - CASP
  - CAP
  - GSLC
